A custom designed Audible thaw-out alarm reports "frozen foods" have thawed and may be unsafe to eat. How the alarm works: The thermometer Thaw-out alarm can be toggled on or off and (when in the freezer ) will beep continuously if temperature conditions rise above 29°F for more than two hours, at which point you scroll through the LCD display and determine how severe the temperature infraction was.
